It’s up to you to open the ribs and the characters body up to reach the heart. The E.C.G machine will determine the heart rate at all times to show you its beating fast and how much pacemaker it needs on it.


But this is a very hard thing to do, you will need a lot of tools to open the heart up and it’s not even easy using them. Mark the area where you want to cut and use the drill to open the chest and abs up. Be Careful that you don’t drill through the arm or leg.
